See the other side of Tunisia on our tour to the Mountain oasis resort of Tamerza which includes a journey on the Lizard Rouge.
Tunisia is a land of contrasts and this 3 day self-drive tour will take you deep into the Tunisian countryside as you drive to the western perimeter of the country and the mountain oases of Chebika, Tamerza and Mides, close to the border of Algeria. You'll stay for two nights at the beautiful 4 star Hotel Tamerza Palace on dinner, bed and breakfast basis and have the opportunity of travelling on the famous Lizard Rouge train belonging to the former Bey of Tunis on a spectacular journey through canyons known as the Gorges of Selja.
This 3 day tour can be taken from the resorts of Tunis,
Carthage Coast, Sousse,
Hammamet or Port
El Kantaoui. You may depart on any day of the week except Fridays.

Tour price is based on a minimum of two persons sharing a standard double room and includes Avis Group C self-drive car for 3 days, two nights accommodation at the Tamerza Palace Hotel in Tamerza and tickets for travel on the Lizard Rouge.
