In a magnificent setting on a plateau shaded by ancient olive trees, this Monastir golf course offers the amazing sight of a garden suspended between the lakes and the sea. This Ronald Fream designed course spreads over crest and hills, testing a player's strength and ability with long holes and well placed water traps. Having the choice of five tees per hole gives each golfer the chance to enjoy a game at his or her own level. Demanding but fair, this breezy course is pleasant to play even in hot weather.

The Flamingo course will be closed from 01 May - 30 September 2010 whilst the course and club house are renovated.

The Monastir Flamingo golf course has recently been purchased by Societe d'Etudes et de Development Sousse Nord (owners of the El Kantaoui Golf Course).
