Location:
Once a summer resort for the beys (rulers) of Tunisia, El Mouradi Gammarth
is situated alongside a beautiful beach of golden sand facing the forest
of Gammarth and close to the town of La Marsa. It is near to the ruins
of Carthage and the village of Sidi Bou Said, 10 kilometres from Tunis-Carthage
international airport and 15 kilometres from the capital Tunis.
Accommodation:
El Mouradi Gammarth has 178 double rooms, 296 triple rooms, 10 quadruple
rooms, 12 junior suites, 10 suites and 1 presidential suite with pool
or garden views. All rooms are air conditioned and have a terrace or balcony
plus a full bathroom, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, safe and mini
bar. Rooms are situated on 4 floors in the main building accessed by 6
elevators.
Restaurants and Bars:
The hotel has buffet and à la carte restaurants, a pizzeria, bar,
poolside bar, Moorish café and discotheque.
