We arrived back in Canada last week from our trip to Tunisia. I wanted to e-mail you as soon as possible to let you know that the tour you arranged for us in the Sahara was absolutely awesome. It far exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our trip.

Both Yassine and Ali were more than accommodating in meeting our needs and requests. We saw, and did a lot in the five days. If nothing else, we all said we could've easily spent more time in the Sahara.

09 November - 6 rounds of Golf for 12 golfers at Golf Citrus and Yasmine Golf

We would like to say thanks for the times you managed to get us for the week starting 9th November at Citrus and Yasmine Golf. Just a quick note to thank you for arranging such an excellent holiday for us. We had a wonderful time.

The Sindbad Hotel was really fab - we loved it! It was a brilliant choice - especially as it was in the 'old' part of Hammamet as opposed to Hammamet Yasmine which we didn't like at all.

The guide who took us south was a walking encyclopaedia when it came to all things Tunisian - we had a fascinating time and learned a huge amount.

Hi Peter,

Returned on Tuesday from our holiday in Tunisia. I could see why you recommended the Sindbad hotel. The gardens are beautiful and all the hotel staff were very attentive, we ate at the various restaurants in the hotel, and found the food good. We had a very restful holiday. We had hoped the hotel would have had some sort of entertainment, but maybe we missed it. Sebrena, the tour representative met us at the hotel and offered us one excursion and informed us about the area.

My friend and I travelled to the Le Hammamet Hotel in September 09. I wanted to say what an authentic hotel it was. It was in the Middle of Old Hammamet and Jasmine Hammamet, both are a short £3 taxi ride away. The staff here are fantastic and very friendly. We found the hotel to be clean, large rooms and nice food which is what you want from a hotel. I will definitely go back and hope to use you again.

Dear Peter,

I feel I must congratulate you on your advice following the holiday my wife and I enjoyed at the Hasdrubal Hotel at Port al Kantouai. Eden Tours were most helpful.

The hotel was a perfect base for visits to El Djem, Monastir, Sbeitla and Tunis. Sousse town is only Dns.6 - 7 taxi and the trains are regular and cheap.

Our driver for the Sbeitla trip arranged by Eden [Tours],was the best we have ever had in any African/Middle East country.

The hotel service was truly magnificent even to the extent of installing a brand new TV box to have BBC in our room. It has free internet access just off the lobby. We only met 3 other GB couples. The majority of the guests were French and German. The policy of the owner is to keep out "package people", and it works. The pool is magnificent. Nothing is too much to ask of the staff who all have a can-do positive approach. We even thought Tunisian wine has improved since our last visit in 2003!

My wife Liz and I do not, as a rule, do package holidays. For many years we have put together our own trips to locations around the world. In late February, Liz went to Tanzania for two weeks, transferring dental skills to local clinical officers and we felt that, when she returned, she would need a holiday; we were right!

As we are birdwatchers we thought that Tunisia would be somewhere different and it surpassed our expectations.

Everything was great:

• The hotel was quiet, the grounds were lovely and the food was excellent.
• The staff were all extremely helpful and arranged a car for us for two days. This enabled us to visit Lake Ichkeul, Sidi Bou Said, Monastir and Kairouan.
• The two-day trip was excellent and the hotel even better than the Kanta. Karim, our guide, was staggeringly knowledgeable and made everything come to life.
• We never actually met our rep, because of day-trips, but that did not matter as she kept us informed by notes etc.

All in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

We're back and everything was fantastic! I just wanted to shoot you a quick email to thank you for all your help...it was the best vacation either of us has ever had!!!

I know you work with Dar Sidi and Dar el Medina all the time - they were both fantastic (Dar Sidi especially). I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that Hotel Sidi bou Fares was also wonderful! It was the perfect way to start out our trip and we really enjoyed our time in Sidi bou Said. In fact, we went back for dinner on our last night in Tunis!

I had to write to say how much I enjoyed my holiday at the Hotel Aziza 24-31 December 2006. The Thalassotherapy Centre was excellent and all the staff were very welcoming. The flights with Tunisair flew to schedule and the Rep from Eden Tours, Amel, was polite and helpful. An unexpected bonus was the terrific weather which was sunny and warm; I was on the beach every single day.

Thank you for all your help with the arrangements at such short notice, everything ran very smoothly.

Good Morning.

Just wanted to thank you for enabling us visit the Sahara desert. It was a memorable experience. We spent a week in Tunisia and the ability to plan our activity before leaving the UK helped us to make the most of our time there. On our final day, we strolled away from our hotel and found that Eden tours has an office just down the road.
